Wanted: Sales & Marketing Manager
You can sell? You feel at home in the social media environment? You know your way around film distribution, especially film festivals? You love movies and are looking for a new challenge?
Our Berlin based internet startup in the sector film/festivals is recruiting a sales/marketing position. We are a young and ambitious team about to create the best product the industry has ever seen.
Your tasks:
- Key account development and management, including partnerships with film festivals, film schools and film institutes worldwide
- Building and coordination of advertising partnerships with brands from the film environment and film industry related branches, B2B products
- Development and implementation of marketing measures
- Social media networking / content-based online communication (Facebook, Twitter, blog)
You should bring:
- Profound knowledge of the international film festival market
- Overview of the global market movements concerning digital film marketing and distribution
- Contacts to the international festival scene
- Experience in festival management or film production
- Passion for the internet and new technologies (early adopter)
- Savvy use of social tools like Twitter and Facebook
- Perfect English (native speaker would be ideal)
- Born communicator (in word and text)
- Organizational skills
- Secure and pleasant presence
